Essential Response Solutions (ERS) is a woman-owned consulting firm specializing in emergency response planning, safety training, and compliance management. With deep experience in high-risk industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and industrial services, we provide tailored solutions that are both regulatory-compliant and operationally effective.

Led by Kati Brewer, ERS was founded with a mission to make emergency preparedness more accessible, efficient, and practical for organizations of all sizes—from major energy firms to small field contractors.

Kati Brewer, founder of Essential Response Solutions, combines a deep background in education, regulatory compliance, and tactical emergency planning. With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University (TCU) and certifications as both a teacher and principal, she brings a unique blend of instructional design and real-world safety expertise to every project.

Kati is also certified to teach DOT HazMat Transportation, CPR, and various OSHA-related courses. She specializes in developing customized training and emergency response materials that are both compliant and practical—tailored to the specific needs of high-risk industries. Her passion lies in helping companies, especially smaller operators, build scalable systems that protect people, streamline compliance, and stand up to audit scrutiny.
